  1. Hassle‑Free Returns & Exchanges
    Customer satisfaction is our priority. Skedhu offers a 30‑day, no‑fees return and exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery without any restocking fees.
  2. Eligibility & Conditions
    Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery.
    Products should be in original condition, with packaging and accessories intact.
    Perishable items or custom orders may not be eligible unless faulty.
  3. Return Shipping Fees
    If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Skedhu covers return shipping costs.
    For returns due to change of mind, incorrect address, or preference, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
    Shipping fees used to deliver the item (except those covered by Skedhu) are non‑refundable.

    For exchanges, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately. We’ll help coordinate any adjustments.

    Items not eligible for returns/replacements include:
